Vaco has partnered with our client to hire a Design Researcher to join their team! This is a long term contract, 12+ months.
Where: Burlington, MA (hybrid, 2 days remote)
When: Immediate need, 12+ month contract
Pay: $33/hour
In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding and representing the voice of the customer throughout the product development cycle.
Primary responsibilities:- Facilitating and moderating consumer-facing studies, analyzing qualitative data, providing actionable design requirements, and aiding in the development of products.
Required: - Proven experience in design research, user experience research, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to facilitate and moderate research studies and analyze qualitative data.
Qualifications:
· At least 1 year experience in UX research, design research, or related field
· Education: Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degree or additional certifications in research methods or UX is a plus.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
